The partner that took your order handles the return. Here is what that involves.
Because no order is placed on this site, no return can be started here. Returns and exchanges go through the retail partner you bought from, under that partner's published policy, using the account the order sits in. We cannot issue a label, authorise a refund or check where a return has got to.
Hygiene rules apply to swim pieces, bodysuits and anything with a built-in bra: they are normally returnable only if unworn, with the hygiene liner in place and the original packaging intact. Try them on over your own underwear. Once the liner is removed most partners will not accept the piece back, and that is worth knowing before you cut a tag.
If a description on this site misstated the garment — wrong length, wrong closure, a feature it does not have — tell us at support@qinsen.pages.dev. We will correct the page. The refund itself still has to come from the partner, but an accurate page stops the next person making the same order.
