This site is a catalogue. When you use a "Shop now" button you are taken to our retail partner's listing, and everything after that point — payment, packing, dispatch, tracking and delivery — is handled by that partner. We do not hold stock, print labels or have visibility of your order.

Where to find your delivery terms

• Delivery options, cost and estimated dates appear at checkout on the partner site, before you confirm.
• Tracking is issued by the partner and appears in the account you ordered with.
• Where a partner ships from, and whether it ships to your country at all, is stated on the listing.

If a parcel is late, missing or damaged

Contact the retail partner through your order in that account. They hold the dispatch record and the carrier claim; we hold neither, so routing the question through us only costs you time. If the problem is that the garment does not match how this catalogue described it, we do want to hear that at support@qinsen.pages.dev so the page can be corrected.

What we promise here

Nothing about delivery, because it would not be ours to promise. This site makes no claim about shipping speed, cost or free-shipping thresholds. Any such offer you see belongs to the partner and is stated on its own pages.
